Take a good tune - Welcome Whisky Back Again.
Use it as a rough blueprint and make major changes to butcher and ruin it.
Add some hopefully suitable synth drone to suit the DADGADesqueness.
A lament for the Glass Half Empty.
Tanglewood TW45 acoustic and the new Focusrite interface / Golden Age mics for the guitar part.
The first string sounds a little twangy but hey-ho. Or perhaps a seasonal ho-ho?
Atmos 2 Ambient Piano Plug-in VST for the synth drones.
Happy Holidays, and i hope your glasses are half full!

No lament, the glass is half full! Fits perfect to the current weather, early winter this year. Wonderful!
Happy holidays and hopefully a peaceful 2023!

Re: The Glass Half Empty Sadly
Thanks Gerd.
The Focusrite is a bit more demanding on resources than my old, cheap and now ailing USB interface.
So I need to remember to restart the PC, turn off the antivirus, and maybe remove a background program or two. And make sure no Win 10 updates are pending, which always cause programs to glitch.
Without these checks and adjustments there's little sound gremlin pop up intermittently as system resources struggle to do the work required.
Worth the effort for the better mic preamp qualities though.
