Can't disagree with the Peter Green & Gary Moore, they are on almost daily in my house. Also been listening to Gregor Hilden lately, has an awesome guitar collection and can play some pretty mean blues too. Don't forget Luther Allison though, seems to be very overlooked as a legend, his playing is so full of passion and feeling i thought he deserved a mention.

Re: What are you listening to now?
After listening to the Peter Green double Robert Johnson CD for several days I found myself skimming among a few things in the odd minutes today.
A group I saw nearly 40 years ago and still going strong, Stackridge's CD - A Victory for Common Sense - a favourite on it for me is "Red Squirrel" - the spirit of John Lennon / Beatles is alive and well.

Hearing some Akkerman touches on 12-bar caused a quick visit to "Focus II" - Jan Akkerman, a very melodic player, was a main influence on me wanting to play guitar. Hey - Gerd - you think that's were I got the habit of the "classical" style of vibrato you spotted on my video?

Then returning to blues with BB King and the most recent album - including "I get so weary", a title I can identify with after the last few weeks.

Well it may not be blues, but I've been listening to The Social Network soundtrack, by Trent Reznor (of nine inch nails) and Atticus Ross. Absolutely amazing electronic tunes.
On the bluesier side of things, well soul/rhythm and blues, I've just bought Mavis Staples- You Are Not Alone.
