Does read like a "Whos Who" of guitarists. Wide variety of styles too.

All in a very good cause.

Thank goodness for DVD s - bit of a lengthy round trip for a night out from the chilly damp shore of Eastern Scotland!

I got my tickets to both shows this morning. I bought the cheapies (which were even expensive!) Looked in to flights to NY and a hotel. This is going to be an expensive trip!

I hope other from the board can make it!

To me, it would make sense to host one in his native land. Plus, I've been looking for a reason to make the trek to jolly old England!

The only other place I could see him doing it here in the states would be in the south somewhere.

I'm excited about the lineup, but curious about the format. If I read correctly, the show will start at 7pm each night. There are an awful lot of performers for that little amount of time. Anyone want to venture a guess?

Well the past couple of years its been held together by Bill Murray as the MC and they use the Revolving Stage concept
So its Band after Band /Performer ..and EC apperas at various spots all the way through

Whatever the format ... it'll be mega !
