When we started our gig last Monday, we didn't even know if I could play. This was a kind of improv jam our keyboard player started off to loosen up. I am figuring out how much a numb right index finger is going to hamper me

Didn't sound like it affected you at all, maybe the drugs heightened your creative prowess!
I was confused 'cause i'm a lefty and assumed it was your fretting hand but obviously not as your a righty.
I look forward to more recordings of the band, i really enjoy listening to you guys.
Just wish i could come and join in but the immense impracticality of getting there every Monday night kinda rules that out!

Thanks guys I'm just glad I can still play. I can hear where the finger got in the way, but they don't outnumber the "normal" clams, that I can never seem to overcome.

Well I actually will be starting off the process of moving to the US this year, the girl i love is up in Washington State and we'll be getting married. I planned a road trip for some point in the future that takes us right through Albuquerque which i know is only down the road from your town. So perhaps in a few years i will make it down there with my gitfiddle in hand!

I'm just glad I can still play. I can hear where the finger got in the way, but they don't outnumber the "normal" clams, that I can never seem to overcome.
