The Trainwreck Blues Band Live at Los Ojos...
Here is a vid of us doing "Stormy Monday". I am still learning how to front the band (as well as sing ). This features DeaconBlues on the blue Strat, and PoppaGstring (another 12bar member) on bass.

From this vid, one can easily see why we call ourselves the Trainwreck Blues Band.

play guitar like the wind, mysterious but definitely present....

One more Red Stripe for the band!
I love it! You're growing as bandleader.
And a little bit more volume for DeaconBlues would have been nice - he's too shy.

You really want more volume on my wanking?
I usually get told to turn down...or find the right key. --> -People complaining about volume/key.

Very enjoyable performance - very good playing by all of you - lots of variety of dnamics and tone in the 10 minutes too.
And the bandleader role is starting to suit you - liked the hand signals.
You must have been seeing stars with all those camera flashes going off at you.

As a singer and a band leader you're doing just fine, but as a guitar player you're smokin'
I've been struggling with learning to sing myself, but I think it will be a while before I can front a band like that - if ever
Great job

Well, I think the Blues is certainly a big tent.
On this video I see a band where most of the members are wearing denim jeans, cowboy shirts and western hats.
And they're playing a Blues song made famous by a black artist.
And they are playing in the Los Ojos bar which looks like it could have been in the movie "El Mariachi".
Now, I think that's a case of Blues music spanning cultures.
Blindboy, that's a really cool video and your playing is outstanding - as usual.

The place reminds me more of the bar scene in "From Dusk Till Dawn" without Salma.MojoJim wrote: And they are playing in the Los Ojos bar which looks like it could have been in the movie "El Mariachi".

Thanks guys... The TWBB is a work in progress. We rehearse every Monday night, whether we need to or not
We do, however, have a LOT of fun.
We will work on getting more DeaconBlues out there.
