Hi everybody
As you now I have been doing Guitar Lesson and worked on a guitar solo in the Santana song Black Magic Woman.
And now I have been "noodling" over a backing track (with song) of Black Magix Woman.
The intro part is is as Santanas version , but the long solo sessions are on the spot improvisations.
N.B. its not a one take recording , I recorded intro then first solo then scond solo..
And as usual it has some bending faults..

Re: Kalle noodling on a Black Magic Woman
Good progress Kalle.
Your own solos fit the mood of the piece and are identifiably of the style of the intro style. And I liked the musical ideas and choice of notes in your own solos.
Don't worry too much about the bends - they gradually improve with practice, though so far in my experience never to the point you feel totally happy with them.
Hope the lessons keep going well, and I look forward to hearing more.

It sounds good and it seems you have a better bend control.
Your tone is great too.
Good job!
