Gold top but not by Gibson... Once again another japanese masterpiece!
Like for most of my guitar, pups are Jason Lollar's, also change capacitors...
This one also has a '52 / '53 (earliest paula) tailpiece and bridge -same as Dikey's.
Happy you enjoy this "more conventional" way of noodling some blues

I do. I'm no jazz guy, although I'm listening to some classics more often lately.
Sounds strange, but I can listen to John Lee Hooker for hours, while I seldom play for example Wes Montgomery or other jazz albums I have.
Maybe it's a sort of compensation to my work as an analytical chemist where I have to use my brain pretty much all the time.

Beautiful sounds fenson.
So many electric guitars sound so much better when stock pickups are upgraded.
I guess the type of sound most guitar builders think players want doesn't suit old style blues and good music.
