heading to Jacksonville

Post by ratfinkdan »

Hey all, been a while since I last posted anything here, haven't really had anything to post. It's a rainy day here in the great pacific northwest so I thought i'll and record something and this is what came out. Not really blues but maybe a little bluesy has a skynyrd meets marshall tucker sort of feel, hope you enjoy it. dan

I did! Reminds me of EC's 70s playing, melodic, laid back, focusing on melody and tone.
Double stops and tone at 2:10 are wonderful!

Thanks for the complement 12bar, glad you liked the tune! I was at a jam a couple of months ago and someone mentioned that I had a lot of that EC style in my playing also, again thanks. dan

Nice playing Dan!

I liked the melodic lead lines a lot and you got a good mellow tone!
