traded my other Telecaster for
another nicer one, a Sunburst MIM
Tele w/a maple neck
But mostly I'm jazzed about an
effect pedal I recently bought

Oh man - you sure have the blues in what you play!!
Love the tone - and I've got a sneaking regard for Telecasters - I think thy're great blues machines - very unfair they get labelled as twangy things just for country music. Sounds like you've found a good responsive OD too - that's a rarity.
