Blues Collab, Feat. Vikingblues & Tytlblues
Here's a first. Tytlblues and VikingBlues in a collab.
https://soundcloud.com/tytlblues/blues- ... ikingblues
Tom's idea to do a collab. I chose the BT - JamTracksCentral "Hollywood Blues". Spotting that the if we were going to take turns and the third section being laid back and the fourth section having much more prominent horns to fight with I volunteered to take first watch! The fifth and final section has twin lead from us.
When I got to hear Tom's lead part I had to go back to the DAW and raise my game quite a bit on my opening statement!
We both enjoyed putting this together - we hope you guys like it.

Hi VB - nice piece! Your playing has really come on, I see that Tytlblues is pushing you on to great things!! I love the last section with both of you playing together, when it's done well (as it is here) 2 lead guitars sound great together. Cool BT too, the horns really add to the sound.

We do have the intention of having another collab at some point. But it does need the right backing track ... and a big long run up by me to jump over such a high bar again!12bar wrote:nono - keep on! Great combination! Your styles fit well together!VikingBlues wrote:Now back to reality!
