That sound is awesome!!! Just by listening, I can't tell the difference between yours and the real thing. Good job! Would like to see updated pictures of your project.

Well it sounds good thru the Peavey!
Is the neck Ok, does it feel good? You have mentionned a larger string spacing made on purpose to fit your needs.
Amazing job you've done!!

The Neck is a strange sensation  The spacing is 1,5 mm more than normal on a LP on the top nut over the 6 strings. Strange enough it give me a lot more comfort. The 2e modification it the total size. Between the high E and low E there is more distance between the edge of the neck. It gives (me) more comfort playing on the high E. The same on the low E. Because of the extra space between the strings the bends are more easy because the moment you hit the next string is after a 1/2 tone. So it take a lot less power because you hit the string above the bended one later and max 2 strings for a full band ( i hope you know what i try to tell)
An other + is the angle of my fingers on the fretboard. It is more like the classic way on a Spanish ore Gipsy's guitar. The Neck is conform the '59 way D shaped.
The only problem is the huge different Feel. I get used to it pretty well. But changing between the other guitars of my collection ( + 20) is a bit of a problem after a while. The mean reason why i choose for this extreme kind of neck is that i been on a project in witch i play Bass, rhythm, ore lead guitar. Hopping between the bass an d the guitar i learn that my fingers need moor space after playing the bass. :shy: On this i have less problems on both instruments.

I keep the possibility to shape the neck into the standard size, and maybe i will do it later.
