Got me a mim strat in a local pawn yesterday. Only four years old. mint shape.Beautiful cream color with a maple neck..which is a stick of butter. I've had some cheap squiers in the past. This is my first real fender. I am in love. I told my wife that she's been replaced.
Can't stop thinking about her been playing non stop. Man I almost sound like I know what im doing.

Nice. I've always wanted to stop in one of those pawn shops and see what kind of guitars they have. Did you get a good deal? Do they let you play it prior to buying?

Amazing choice! I bought myself a MIM Strat from 2002, in 2008. Black Body, Maple Neck. She looks exactly like Blackie. I was going to buy a Blackie Strat or a Cream Strat, (White Body, Maple Neck). Like yours. I went with Blackie.

Congrats on your purchases. I myself just got a new gitfiddle, a 1996 Epiphone Sorrento (lefty), will post pics when she arrives. It's my first hollow body and first with P90 pickup's so i'm really excited to get to play with a whole new set of tones. Having to sell my Squier Strat though to pay for her cause i got caught with serious GAS and completely overpaid. Oh well, it's only money!

She still feels edgy cause there's no Fender decal on her headstock (she'll never get one to)
