Hi, What’s up everyone, we are at “ Sound Awake Studios” in Rome with Marco Federico.
My name is Andrea De Luca, today I am going to show you some of the tone possibilities of these two fantastic F-Pedals designed by Francesco Sondelli in collaboration with the legendary Jimi Hendrix’s sound engineer, Mr Eddie Kramer.
We will be using two different amplifiers : Head 2204 connected to a 4 x 12” speaker and an Italian amplifier Nouglia Desk, which is my signature model.
Wow really powerful, sounds a lot like Jimi Hendrix as it is supposed to be.
This time I am gonna play the Edstortion with my Hobo Guitar, a Lap Steel, Weissenborn electric model, handmade by an italian luther.
So what should I say, when you turn on these pedals, you can feel the 70’s in any mode. Crazy, for such small pedal…
Having such easy and convenient access to these sounds it’s great, essential for a guitarist .
What happens in a recording studio ?
You can tell that they were designed with the recording environment in mind.
Any MODE is just ready to go, ready to sit in the mix.
Especailly the Edstortion, very much focused on the middle range, great bite, and a lot of nice harmonics that help to keep the guitar in focus even in a very busy mix.
Not to mention Blues, Blues/Rock or Hard Rock mix, even on a Pop production, I can imagine a nice solo with the Edstortion.
All very interesting sounds, very distinct from one another and very easy to recall with a simple switch click. In studio you need to move fast so you don’t lose your creative flow, and they become a very useful tool.
Great job, absolutely at the level of a such legendary Sound Engineer.
Andrea De Luca plays Hobo Guitars, Nouglian Guitar Amps and F-Pedals.
Thanks to Luigi Urbani.
Bye guys!! I hope You like the video

It's seeming more and more like 12bar's first instinct was accurate. So far, all of the threads you've started feel like advertisements. And it doesn't look like you've participated in any threads besides your own. My apology in advance if this is an unfair assessment.
Cheers!
