Hi
I´ve got myself a new recording mixer in my "recording studio".

The previous one was an old Spirit mixer (bought second hand) that was a bit noisy and the connectors was getting oxidized.
But even if the new mixer has a built in USB sound card( 16 bit), I am using the M-Audio delta sound card (24 bit) in the PC I am using.
In the "Jam room" where I have my amps (yes, I have two music rooms in the house) I have installed a newer Laptop( Windows 7) for playing backing music and recording. That laptop is connected to a E-MU USB Sound card , a small Mixer and Amplifier with Speakers ( old HiFi stuff).

Re: A new recording mixer
Looks like a nice piece of gear Kalle.
I like the idea of combining a mixer with a USB interface. One piece of equipment to do the job of two - particularly in the absence of a good soundcard, or in the absence of desire to wrestle with a new soundcard. I never want to open a computer again!
