I recently posted Duane Allman's version of 'Goin' Down Slow' on 'Favourite Slow Blues. The backing on it is piano, bass and drums. I'd like to play my version with a guitar backing for the piano.(not just the 'chunk, chunk') I'd like to know what kind of thing you think would sound good. Electric or acoustic? Chords or a bass rhythm. I feel sure that there will be lots of ideas for this version. It cuts right through me every time I listen. At the moment, I'm just using Cm,Fm7 & Gm
"Big Bill Broonzy, a white boy's inspiration" (1963), and the Blues ever since.
