Hi Guys
Yesterday I was playing with a new jam team from my company .
Some weeks ago I found out that there was a Ericssons (the Company) Music club in Stockholm.
They have a booked ministudio with drums and amps etc. and meets every second week.
Yesterday we where 7 persons (really crammed and "coosy") in the small studio.
Some of the songs played; Highway to hell, Paranoid, Wish you were here, My funny valentine, All along the watchtower, Free bird...
It was really fun to play full songs with a "full band" of 3 guitars, singer, saxophone, bass & drums.
/Kalle

Re: Kalle found a new jam team
Kalle, glad you found some people to jam with, it always helps push you in your playing when your playing with different folks. From the song list it sounds like you need to introduce them to the Blues!! Dan
Re: Kalle found a new jam team
Sounds like you've found yourself a good scene there. A regular meet like that does wonders for your guitar skills, I'm envious.

Hi
Yes, I tried to get them interested in Blues and had the Jimmie Hendrix "blues"song "All along the watchtower" with me in a sheetbook. Gave me a possible to improvise a "Jimmie" solo..
Otherwise they all talked about classic rock music up to metal.. future will see..
But it was fun..

PS I have also decided to join a "everybody can sing" choir at work to learn singing , meetings every monday efter work
