I enjoyed JLH from the first day I heard him - he brought me to the Blues with his album The Healer. I got all his records, I even play the same guitar, without pick, sure. :pray:

To me he was the Blues in person. No fancy chords or notes, just his voice and his Sheraton.
I'll try to visit his place from the BB movie when I'm in Chicago :dance:

John Lee Hooker for me is about as near perfect as it gets. Thanks for the link Fenson - much enjoyed!!! :thumbsup:

Great voice and the ability to get so much across with nothing flashy - just classy. :pray:
