...oh yes, there is, but it's hard not to get lost, distracted or even discouraged by those gazillion "free" lessons. However, Rafferty has some DVDs out - check the text below the YT vid!

Sure! There are lots of people who want to show that they are teachers and you are right. There is so much at take that one gets perplexed to end. The problem is finding the one that works and stick to it.
