Both lyrics AND vocals are great (needless to say, guitar too) - Muddy would be proud of you!
You don't need another singer. I wish I could sing that way...

Re: Have You Ever Loved A Woman Collab
It's the C# (or Db) Blues scale (minor pentatonic + 5b)
PS: As long as no original lyrics are included and the BT is free there should be no copyright problem, it's a standard Blues.

Agree with strummer - a nice piece!
Maybe another (clean) setting for the background guitar would be a good idea...

Re: Excersize in jumping from major to minor
That's a challenge - very fast BT for switching! You did it really well - like the others said if that were cold fingers, I'd like to hear them warmed up!. My thinking is too slow for it, and I'm so much into minor that I can't "naturally" switch. But it's a great thing to pract...

I wish you were able to get to play more 12bar Me, too - right now I'm switching between preparing lunch, playing with my kids (wife is at work), playing some notes and looking here :snacks: I'm still trying to record something useful for the last collab - then I hear something new here (the minor/...

Yes , You can also be "pupils" and Judge/teachers in my guitar course. Thanks! How good or bad is my "copy" ? Technically there are some bends that need to be fixed, but I prefer your version over the other one, simple because it has more soul. The "original" m...

Re: Cloudy Day
Your progress is frightening... building a guitar, learning how to play to this NOT EASY BT and outperforming it - that's fantastic.
Your strat truly sings. It has a soul.

That really looks like a true relic...
My red strat also has this undestroyable paint, but it's still the original one. No scratches so far, although my kids don't take any care of it...
As for Rawhide - you surely know the BB movie?

Re: Will you ever be, a collection of ideas
Some nice ideas in your playing! And the tone - well, it's an Epi! :high5: Regarding the timing - I found the BT has a strange timing, a bit too slow, behind the beat. Maybe that's the cause. :icon_whoknows: Good luck to your hands - and welcome back in the busy busy club. My guitars collect lot's o...
