Thanks HBL! Some nice Blues on the album, sounds to tend to the New Orleans style.

We should keep the tracks separate (at least on hard disk) so we can do the final mix when everything is finished. We've got lots of time! Is it OK if I do the intro (JLH style) plus the first 12 bars in another st...

Melting Blues collab

OK, I'm in for an album collab, I already have a title  : melting Blues Just listened to Michael Bloomfield - If You Love These Blues (great album btw.) and I thought of a number with a main theme played in different styles (i.e. 3 Kings or jazzy vs. Delta vs. slide). I don't want to use ...

Re: 12bar album

:yikes: I didn't expect such a big response - great! Now we have to sort the thing a bit. I'll open a temporary subforum where everyone who wants to contribute (single or collab) can open a thread and upload when finished (once again, there's a lot of time :oldie: ). Subject should be song ...

12bar album

As mentioned before holiday, I have the idea of putting a 12bar album together. I thought of 12 Blues songs, single artists and collaborations as well, from beginners to semi-pros. All songs should be completely free of 3rd party copyrights, including any backing tracks used. Copyright stays...
