Re: More Gills in a Pink Fish

I don't think it's a "real" lie, all governments of the world no matter where are simply swamped with this task. We have the same problems here in Germany, although we mastered the pandemic not bad compared to the USA or GB etc. And there are still people thinking their human rights are at...

Re: Hanging MIDI notes

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AU7Gj8ix_Bs A hike in the Val Grande valley in Italy. 2019. No Italy last year. :tears: Just midi :eye_rub: no Blues, no guitar at all. I had recorded some of the chords as arpeggios on guitar, but accidentally deleted it while fighting with midi. I just wanted to fin...

Re: Hanging MIDI notes

Yes, it appears on different vsti's, but - as usual - not always and only if I import or copy a midi from another track. Maybe the vsti's handle the note off different (in settings I tried all possible combinations without success). But I found a workaround :D In Reaper you can add a volume envelope...

Re: Hanging MIDI notes

Thanks - looks like it's a very common problem.
I have this with a midi file imported, so it's not a keyboard issue. Maybe it's the 32/64 bit problem...

Hanging MIDI notes

Hi folks,

is there anyone having the same problem with hanging MIDI notes?
Sometimes the note plays forever, even when the track has ended.
I've searched specific for this problem in Reaper, but I found the same behavior in other programs, too.

Happy Holidays

Merry Christmas and a happy (better) new year to everyone still reading here. 2020 startet bad, got even worse and ended with a disaster for me and my family. It started with corona and the death of my mother-in-law, continued with serious illness of my son and ended with the death of my father rece...

RIP Van Halen

Eddie Van Halen died Tuesday after a long battle with cancer. He was 65. :tears: No doubt that he was a big influence on rock guitar in the 80s. He did not invent tapping, but made it popular without just being another shredder. He always cited Clapton as his biggest influence. R.I.P. https://www.yo...
