I put one foot on the neck/body joint, and the other foot on the middle of the neck, then yanked up on the headstock several times. Don't worry about it, I'm just being cautious.
Mhh the CTS... my left hand fingers don't go numb anymore, but the palm of my hand sure knows how to hurt, even after almost 3 months.
No surgery for my right hand as long as I can handle.
