Re: Egnater Tweaker and Cabinet

I have recorded a fast :) Demo of the different "amp choices" the Tweaker has. Amp settings, only the amp type switch and the tone switch (Bright/Normal) changed settings between chord sequences Tweaker 15 Demo settings larger.jpg I did hookup 2 speaker cabs, 1 - the Kitty Hawk 12" Mi...

Re: Egnater Tweaker and Cabinet

Hi HBL May I ask which settings you on the Tweaker ? Vintage ? USA ? Clean (of course) Normal ? Deep ? and Bass @ 15 O´clock ? The stereo sound of the recording is nice, through my nearfield monitors it is as sitting in your room. And as usual , your playing is superb. /Kalle Kalle, I think I remem...

Re: Egnater Tweaker and Cabinet

Mhh tested with the Ibanez and once more I find I don't like the sound of that guitar through a tube amp, wierd. We are no computers - sound technology has much more to do with the human ear and brain than with dezibel or frequency range. You know this quite well, your sounds are always ear-pleasin...

Re: Egnater Tweaker and Cabinet

Thanks for the listen guys :) I guess that close sound somehow has something to do with the mono sounds used as opposed to the stereo fx I normally have going on. Mhh, there is a thought..... Re: Egnater Tweaker and Cabinet

Meanwhile I got myself the Egnater and after some cabling and microphone positioning recorded a very, VERY quick demo. Tokai Goldstar & Channel 1 Rhythm guitar with the Gmajor serving a Tremolo only. Channel 2 Lead stuff and the Gmajor doing the Reverb and delay Did I mention the Gmajor is in th...

Miditerminal M4U I - just looked it up :eye_rub:
Not the cheapest one...
I'll search a bit if someone controls a tonelab with Win10 as soon as I have some time.
I buy these kind of things "used" in stead of new :) makes quite a difference.

Re: GAS attack - multi effect pedal

For me it works with the Miditerminal M4U I use for my CT (amongst others)
The Gmajor and the PC software see each other just fine.

Egnater Tweaker and Cabinet

Next Saturday I'm gonna have a try-out and I guess purchase this used Egnater.
A little Toex damage caused by a sticker that was removed, that should be the worst :)

Re: GAS attack - multi effect pedal

No luck with Midi, I borrowed a USB-midi adapter but it says communication error. It's correctly installed, channels checked, cable checked but no luck. Looks like a Win 10 specific thing... Gerd, I'll check my Midi interfaces with my Win 10 installs and see if they function. (later today) Frankly,...

Re: GAS attack - multi effect pedal

Zoom G5: first impression. OK, it arrived today and the GAS pressure went into vacuum. :wall: Unboxing was great - rock solid metal case, rock solid metal knobs, rock solid metal pedal, tons of connectors on the rear. Usually I don't care of manuals, couldn't be too hard to get at least ...

Re: Sometimes it all ends in failure

VB, For sometimes the about the same reasons I sold off guitars I have had for less then a year.
Most of the times I was very happy with a guitar, only to get frustrated after a while.
Well, I just say goodbye and move on. No regrets

Mhh, I have been thinking to quit soundclick if they don't change and stop the flash usage.
I'm a paying customer there.

Re: GAS attack - multi effect pedal

I can't be of much help with these types of multifx.
I use my amps, The Black screamer (if needed) and the Gmajor.
Most of the fxs I use are build in to my fav. amp the Cybertwin SE but that may be a bit to expensive compared to a Multifx.

Good try Michael. Emotion ? Music is the best place to poor your feelings out and nobody will complain.
