Re: More Gills in a Pink Fish
I'm afraid in the UK we have political parties mainly inhabited by people who think that lies are acceptable and use them so regularly that it's become a habit that they can't break. All these lies then spawn a mistrust by the public in those in power and contributes to the disregard for orders give...

Re: Back to the blues...
"The Blues After a While" just exudes blues-iness! Seems your exploration of far-east music hasn't stopped you channelling Delta.
"Sunburst64..." singe sweetly too. A treat to hear both these recordings Fenson!

Re: More Gills in a Pink Fish
That's some choppy waters to battle - good video and the music does fit - well done. :D Was that a roll at the end? :yikes: So far no members of the close family have had issues with Corona. I've just been given details of an appointment for the first dose of a vaccine - involving a 60 mile round tr...

Re: Hanging MIDI notes
Great video. Majestic views and beautiful music - nice arrangements and sounds! Not so keen on the majestic steep slopes and loose crumbly rocks and stones. :D But I'm a vertigo sufferer. Going back to the hanging notes I saw that there is a button to click in the Cherry Audio Polymode ...

Just got the news that the guy in Chicago with the Bluesmobile (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sgUhP4SZOvs you know) I made this video with has corona and is now in hospital. 2021 is showing no signs of improvement on 2020 - here's hoping he recovers well. :fingerscrossed: So true VB...

Re: REMEMBER THE MAC
Remembered, and Mac was such a good man and good friend who should be remembered fondly.
It hurts that the list of those to remember with sadness keeps growing.

Re: Hanging MIDI notes
Could be?!?! :icon_whoknows: I find if i go into Program properties and then the MIDI and VST sections in my DAW, the number of options and features that can be on or off or varied in amount are huge. Made more baffling for me by my not having a clue what most of it means. Like the instruction to be...

Re: Hanging MIDI notes
I'm afraid i can't help on that - i do have various occasional problems with MIDI (mainly due to my lack of knowledge) but I've not had hanging notes. Have you tried a different MIDI keyboard? There's a SoundOnSound forum thread on hanging MIDI notes in Reaper - don;t know if it's of use / if you've...

Enjoyed those. The first was very hypnotic and nice wah on the second but a good trick with the salty dog barks!

Re: Blue Noodles
Not for the first time I found myself loving the freedom allowed to the player when letting blues into the music! There were a few times when trying to add the organ track that I wished I wasn't being quite so much free-form. Thanks for listening and being positive guys!

Blue Noodles
Acoustic parlour guitar. As few notes as possible - suiting my relaxed mood.
A bit bluesy - close to being a one chord vamp. Bit of sparse organ thrown in.
Not my usual!
Too minimal???

Thanks Fenson! I've recently watched a commercial film on dvd where there was an extra about the music soundtrack. The composer of the film score mentioned he'd used the Paul's Stretch software a good deal to incorporate stretched sounds into the film soundtrack. It was quite a low budget...

Hi Fenson!
Certainly a post for difficult to "80ra42" that's difficult to get your head around.
I think the "usual spam" just hits the mark.
