Re: Oh, yeah Wynton Marsalis & Eric Clapton Play The Blues

I agree, nice stuff, but I probab;y wont buy it either. Ill hold out for the next blues cd. Strummer you are right he is a great speaker. I always enjoy the RJ sessions DVD more-so with the small interview portions in-between sessions

Re: Teach Me A Lesson

I hear ya Lost boy. I feel the same way. As I also took lessons when I was younger. Many folks kinda scoff at folks who use the internet or dvfds for lessons. Bu hey for a rookie like me who is a family guy with a busy job and just plays at home right now? I think it's just fine.

Nice meeting ya

Got me a new guitar!

Got me a mim strat in a local pawn yesterday. Only four years old. mint shape.Beautiful cream color with a maple neck..which is a stick of butter. I've had some cheap squiers in the past. This is my first real fender. I am in love. I told my wife that she's been replaced. :lefty: Can't stop thinking...

Re: Teach Me A Lesson

Thanks 12 bar for the approval. Also thanks for the welcome! Mojo. Yeah I know what you mean, it took me a good three months to just get a HANDLE of his style of teaching. I ended up leaving particular songs. (I was on his clapton version of "before you accuse me" for a few weeks with NO s...
