Thanks, I'll try that There's so many places you can go to with some of these progressions that it's exhausting to even think about, so I just want to use the blues scale for now just to train my ear and see what flows best. And also I want to work on my agility.

Do you guys practice this? I find myself mostly practicing standard 12 bar and 8 bar blues progressions, 80% of the time. 335s have a center block so they are not real susceptible to feedback. Great. I was thinking of getting one somewhere along the line. the only down side to 335's is the price. you might look at a vintage Guild Starfire IV. for a fraction of the cost of a 335 you are getting virtually all the featur...
