Thinking of Both Stevie and Jeff...
The guitar (The Loar) has been tuned down to C F Bb D#... etc. Heavier gauge. That darker sound just pleases my ears...
Hope you're all well... Later,
Fenson

Re: Clapton -album blues- before acusse me( take 1)
Don't have this Clapton 's album but EC usually plays this song in C. So chords are C, F, G. As far as I know, EC doesn't play chords, but licks in between lyrics, mostly mimicking the melody itself, and usually plays his solos using the well known pentatonic scale. You eventually would found valuab...

@Gerd "I think I have to work more on chords..." One great lesson on comp (the art of using chords in many different situations, so to speak...) by the great Greg Koch... <https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sfu_edIEs38> part 1 and <https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uuELnTfZb3M> part 2

The right and the wrong notes might be the same...
Following Miles Davis advice, there are not wrong notes eventually just misplaced ones...
Here is a great lesson on that subject: <https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IZ0BpKblgSE&t=21s>
You'd better watch the full video, but at least give an ear starting @ 5:16 to the end...
Hope this helps
