I found this amp a few days ago. It's in pretty good shape for an '86 amp.
Solid State 35W, the pre gain control works with a saturation knob and the post knob acts as a master volume.
Efficient EQ controls and good reverb plus a headphones plug.
10" speaker built by Eminence for PV.
Very good tone at room volume and really better if cranked up, it likes P90 and Humbuckers but a bit less single coils.
It was my very first amp when I started playing guitar, very glad to have found another!

Re: Peavey Backstage Plus
Good to be re-acquainted with an old friend.
Shows good taste from the beginning that your very first amp is something to be welcomed still ..... I think I'd recoil in horror and run away if I encountered a model of the first guitar amp I had!
