I am a beginning guitar player and long-time fan of Clapton, Buddy Guy, and all things blues, and I stumbled upon this website by chance. Little did I know what an amazing resource I had found! This website is incredible. Thank you for taking the time to put this together and maintain it. I will be a better guitar player for what I've learned on this site (which, by the way, is superior to anything else I've found, whether in books, DVDs, or even with trained teachers!). Thank you, and keep it up! All the best, Jess (Los Angeles, CA)
Chris Grant (09/21/2009, 14:04):

Thank you sooooo much. From the other comments, you must be proud to be helping and inspiring so many guitarists - congratulations and thank you from all f us. Best regards Chris Grant (Johannesburg South Africa)

Great stuff for me a beginner and putting my toes in the deep end for variety learning.
Kirk Waggoner (05/21/2009, 23:26):
Just found your site. Great stuff. Now if I can just make the time too learn. Been playing 2 yrs this August. So all of this is right where I need too be. Thanks again for this site.
Rick (04/17/2009, 01:10):
This a great web site!!! I learned something new within 2 minutes. And there is so much here! I could spend hours exploring all your links. Keep up the good work. An idea: (maybe you already have it but I haven't found it) Ear training. I used to see advertising for a ear training product called "Relative pitch". Something like that would be great. I think the main thing that has held me back from progressing is my tone deafness.

Good idea, but I have to work it out. Maybe some day... ;)

dennis (03/26/2009, 20:52):
Pretty cool. In fact it's just what i lookin for.. privacy is a plus also thanks

wow, the Dog Stock Festival is looking like something I would like to attend. It supports a good cause. Lots of great bands, and appears to be in a nice location. If you have not checked out the website do so, www.dogstockfestival.com. I am at least going to send a contribution, if I don't attend.
Larry (04/04/2007, 18:22):
Would love to be in attendance, but am involved in running a festival in Melvern, Kansas called Dog Stock. We also have some history at our event: Ike Turner, Les Dudek, Kerry Livgren, Commander Cody, Cactus, over 125 bands to raise money for Akita Adoption and Rescue Foundation.Check the website www.dogstockfestival.com. If you can't make it to chitown, maybe you can make it to Melvern, Kansas
Mallyone (03/24/2007, 16:34):
